Digital Product Notice

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, refunds may not be available once the eSIM has been delivered or activated.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The eSIM was never delivered due to a system error
  • A duplicate order occurred (charged twice for the same product)
  • The plan cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue on our end

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Incompatible devices (users must verify compatibility before purchase)
  • User configuration issues or incorrect installation
  • Poor local network coverage or signal quality
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused data or early plan termination
  • Travel plan changes

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@esimbli.com
  • Include your order number and email address used for purchase
  • Describe the issue you experienced
  • Provide any relevant screenshots or error messages

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or credits for future purchases at our discretion, particularly for partially used plans with verified technical issues.
